Sourced exclusively from the high altitude fincas of El Salvador, our 100% Arabica City+ roast produces a smooth and rich mouth-feel with just the right levels of balanced acidity and subtle bitterness.


There are hints of nuttiness with undertones of citrus fruits and a wonderfully lingering aftertaste.


It is a versatile coffee that works perfectly whichever way you like to drink it.

The Lab

The latest lab product is our slow-drip cold brew coffee that is the perfect companion to a sweltering hot summer’s day. We utilise our specialist Japanese Yama cold brew equipment to create a concentrate of patiently extracted coffee, spiralling down one drip at a time, over a 24 hour period. These handsome towers use the variable of time rather than temperature to extract a brew that’s more subtle and aromatic than any other.
